So if I make new changes to the software they have purchased I can email them that a new version is available and so on.Payments: This is were you decide what payments you will take using the cart.2Checkout:= Credit Cads if you do not have an account with 2checkout you will need to sign up at www.2checkout.com I have used them for 4 years and no problems.PayPal: You can take money using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you need to sign up at www.paypal.com .Check/MoneyOrders. This will allow you to accept checks and money orders . The cart will get the information from the Preferences . You Name and mailing address you want the checks and money orders mailed to.Payment Pro. This uses Pay Pals website payment pro. At this time this is not working. I had it working a while back and it seems they have changed there API. Will work on this later..Orders: This is were you view your sales Â"ordersÂ" . Here you can approve the sale that is once you have received your funds from pay pal and 2check , or money orders you can approve the sale and a email will be sent to the customer notifying them of the approved sale . There is a memo for notes here I put the customers Software unlock info. When they run my software it has to have a user name and password. This is useful to keep track of how many licenses they have purchased from me. Now if it was a digital item then the email will contain a link for them to log in and download the purchased itmes. When they do download the digital item you will receive a email and it will be updated in the orders showing you that it was downloaded.Items: This is were you add your items to the shopping cart. You will need to choose if the item you are adding is downloadable or not. If it is a downloadable item you need to put the Full name of the file likeÂ’ 123.exeÂ’ or ‘123.zipÂ’ . You can also put the picture of the item here. You can edit the items at any time. All the items you add here will show up on the Users Page.Preferences: Here you will fill in all nessary information to make the cart work. You will put in your Pay Pal Email addresss, Your 2checkout account number, Correct mailing address and so on. Here you will find a place named Order Conformation. This is the email address that you will be notified that you have a sale. You can put more than one email address to be notified at just use a comma between each one.
